World’s biggest and most flexible BOPP capacitor film line ordered
Zhejiang Nanyang Technology Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock company, located in Taizhou, P.R. China. The company is a leading producer of high tech plastics films such as battery separator films, industrial and optical thick BOPET films and all kinds of BOPP capacitor films: smooth, rough and metallized.
Being one of the most dynamic companies in the specialty film business, Zhejiang Nanyang has been frequently investing in the state-of-the-art technology in recent years. In addition to the already successfully running Brückner lines the new line is so far the biggest BOPP capacitor line worldwide, having approx. 40% higher output, than present lines.
The new line will not only have the highest output (1,100kg per hour) ever, it will also be the most flexible of its kind: the working width can be adjusted between 7.6 and 8.7 meters, giving Zhejiang Nanyang unreached flexibility.
