Shanghai Yongguan expands its tape film production significantly this year – together with Brückner Maschinenbau
Within a very short time Shanghai Yongguan Adhesive Products Co., Ltd. is on the way to become a leading tape film manufacturer in China. The first BOPP production line went into operation in 2021, and another three had already been ordered from Brückner Maschinenbau at that time – a big leap of faith.
This year line number two went on stream in January and recently the lines three and four successfully started production. Shanghai Yongguan’s machine park now consists of four top-modern 8.7 and 10.4m wide BOPP lines with all state-of-the-art features. Mr. Lv Xinmin and his wife, Madam Guo, the company’s owners, are more than happy: “What was really great was that all four lines went into operation without any problems after really smooth project and commissioning phases. And ever since their start, our machines have been producing high-quality film which fully meets the demands of our customers.”
上海永冠胶粘带薄膜贵司扩充生产
胶粘带制造商上海永冠公司已再投产两条 BOPP薄膜生产线，力争成为中国领先的供应商之一。
该公司成立于2002年，是消费市场胶粘带产品的专业供应商，于2018年开始生产BOPP胶粘带薄膜，并已于今年1月份完成第二条BOPP生产线的安装。现在，上海永冠拥有四条最先进的布鲁克纳生产线，幅宽8.7米至10.4米，计划通过进入工业和医疗胶带市场来扩大其公司产品组合。该公司的拥有者吕新民先生和他的妻子郭女士评论道：“真正棒的是，四条生产线在非常顺利的项目执行和安装调试阶段后都很顺利成功投入投产运行。自投产以来，我们的机器一直在生产符合客户要求的高质量薄膜。”
