New synthetic paper line successfully on stream
Zhongshan Wing Ning Packaging Film Ltd. is one of China`s most experienced BOPP film manufacturers with an excellent reputation and very much in demand as a partner for thick synthetic paper and white opaque films. From the early days of foundation in 1987, the company has teamed up with Brückner Maschinenbau. And now this unique partnership enters the next successful round.
Recently, a brand-new 5-layer BOPP line smoothly started the production of thicker synthetic paper. The 8.7m machine convinces with highest efficiency and an annual output of more than 53.000 tons. It is the first film production line at the newly founded subsidiary Hubei Yong Run Film Ltd. in Anlu, Hubei province.
Ronald Leung, CTO of WingNing, says: “Even though in recent years we have always had successful line start-ups, this time it was special. We had a variety of challenges to overcome, even not so small ones. But finally, it worked out perfectly and we had a phantastic opening ceremony – exactly on our foundation date. A day to remember and to be proud of.”
The perfectly organized inauguration was attended by more than 400 guests: representatives from the local government, Wing Ning customers and business partners as well as employees. They were all able to see for themselves that the new plant will perfectly enable Wing Ning to serve the increased demand for high quality specialty films in China.
Josef Haslinger, Head of Sales China at Brückner Maschinenbau, makes a big compliment to the two installation teams: “Not even the big heat wave during the installation period could stop our teams! Wing Ning specialists and our people on site cooperated perfectly in every phase of the project. So, we could finally start the line very smoothly and on time, with uncredible 20 minutes from die to winder.
