Chinaplas 2026 sends a strong message
Chinaplas 2026 in Shanghai got off to a powerful start, with record visitor numbers already in the first days of the show. The high level of activity was clearly reflected in the quality and intensity of customer discussions across all market segments.
The interest was particularly strong in BOPP film lines, with numerous highly promising project inquiries. At the same time, visitors showed great interest in advanced packaging solutions, technical film lines, capacitor film applications and, above all, Battery Separator Film lines (BSF).

Despite continued price pressure on film products, many customers reported positive business outlooks and expressed confidence in future market development. This cautious optimism was a key driver behind the strong attendance and high interest at the trade show.
