Brückner at Convertech Japan 2010: High tech for plastics film production of the future

"The 9th Converting & Advanced Printing Machinery and Materials Exhibition and Conference in Japan 2010" (Tokyo, April 07 – 09) is the suitable place to present state-of-art technologies. The exhibition consists of three shows. The first one is "Convertech JAPAN 2010" that exhibits sophisticated converting machinery. The second one is "neo functional material 2010" where visitors can find various functional materials used in packaging, electronics, etc. The third one is "Printable Electronics 2010", presenting printing technologies for producing electric circuits on flexible substrates.

At their booth (C 020) in cooperation with Itochu Sanki, partner for the Japanese market, Brückner will present innovative solutions, helping plastics film producers to meet future market demands:

Efficient and flexible BOPP lines: Custom-made solutions in tune with the latest developments such as ultra high barrier films

Lines for manufacturing high performance BOPET film: For a highly efficient production of thin flexible BOPET packaging or optical film grades up to 400 µm

Solutions for films aimed at the optical industry: Simultaneous stretching, LISIM® - advanced linear motor technology for a wide range of applications, e.g. polarizer film, retard film or protection film

Innovations for the processing of high temperature films used within the textile industry, for membranes in the medical sector and for flexible printed circuits and insulations

Trend-setting shrink film & specialty film lines: Full body sleeves, ultra-thin applications down for capacitor film

Cast film technology: Cast PET sheet lines with chill roll technology, PET sheet lines for A-PET and PET-G, high performance CPP lines

Brückner Servtec: Solutions for less energy consumption, i.e. TDO heat recovery system saving up to 400 kW per hour of energy
