Over the years, Brückner has gained an excellent reputation when it comes to extremely short installations and start-ups of their film production lines. Two recent start-up performances in China are further proof of just how professional time management, powerful implementation and perfect teamwork between customers` specialists and Brückner`s teams are vital for early returns on investment. In fact, this is one of the main criteria as to why these two plastic film producers decided to switch over to Brückner for their expansion projects.
Jieyang Rui Xing Packing
Having moved to brand new premises in China´s booming Guangdong-Jieyang region, Jieyang Rui Xing Packing opened their ultra-modern plant with their very first film production line from Brückner. The 8.2 m wide high-speed BOPP line with an annual capacity of approx. 34.000 tons is a milestone for the further development of the experienced plastics film producer, a member of Guangdong Yuntong Group.
Mr. Zeng Han Ming, General Manager of Jieyang Rui Xing Packing, says: “We are deeply impressed by Brückner`s sophisticated equipment and advanced technology. The successful start-up and the entirely stable line performance ever since has further enhanced our confidence in Brückner and laid a solid foundation for a fruitful co-operation in the future.”
Guangdong Weifu Packing Material
Well ahead of schedule, Guangdong Weifu Packing Material`s new, highly efficient and flexible film stretching line has brought premium BOPP film onto market. Weifu`s product range includes plain and matt films, as well as cigarette, heat sealable and metallized films.
In a letter to the Brückner management, Mr. Liang Weixiong, the company`s CEO, expressed the deep gratitude of the board of directors for the perfect teamwork, crowned by a smooth start-up. “During the entire installation, the strong professional dedication and meticulous work style of the Brückner team set a good example to the Weifu staff. We really appreciate what Brückner has done for this project. We are looking forward to cooperating again”, he says.
